Introduction
This article will explain how you can request an evidence pack for a learner in Bud.
Here's a video overview:
Requesting an Evidence Pack
For users with an evidence pack permission enabled, there will be a new page in the learning plan > admin navigation called “Evidence Pack”. Navigate to this page and you will be presented with two tabs: “Requests” and “Downloads”.
On the “Requests” tab, you will see evidence pack options where you have the correct permission assigned. E.g. you only have the Application Documents permission assigned, so you will only see the Application Documents evidence pack option on this page. If you have all three evidence pack permissions assigned, then you will see all three options on this page.
You can view the details of what each pack will contain by clicking the “Show details” button on the pack’s card.
Click the “Request” button and this will start the process for Bud to create your evidence pack. A green confirmation banner will confirm the request has been made.
Depending on the size of the evidence pack, the creation of the pack may take some time. You will receive an email notification once the pack is ready to download.
Errors Requesting an Evidence Pack
On occasion, you may find a pack you have requested errors. This could be due a number of reasons, such as poor internet connect or many pack requests coming in at the same time. When a pack errors, a red warning banner will be displayed under the pack you have requested. You can try again by clicking “Request” again.
For the Activities Flagged for EPA pack, you will receive an error if no activities in the learning plan have been flagged for EPA.
