Frequently asked questions
Q: Is the Evidence Pack feature available to basic Bud customers?
A: This feature is available at the Premium tier. Customers on the Essentials tier will not have access to this feature.
Q: Can access to this feature be restricted to specific users?
A: Yes, you can choose which users in your organisation you can assign access to. You can also configure permissions for the specific pack you would like a user to have access to.
Q: Will you be adding more content/packs to download, such as Reviews, EPA documents, and the Skills Scan?
A: We would love to add more to the Evidence Pack feature and we are aware of high-priority items such as Reviews and Skills Scans. At the moment, we don't plan to continue working on Evidence Pack in the near future. However, we will continue to monitor your feedback with the intention of adding further enhancements further down the line.
Q: Is there scope to update the Portfolio Evidence Pack to offer a single file, that consolidates all activity submissions/OTJ hours offered by a learner in chronological order? Currently, the Portfolio Evidence Pack offers us circa 50 individual files per programme (all activities, regardless of whether an apprentice has engaged with the activity or not).
A: We don't have any current plans to do this, but we'll consider any future enhancements based on user feedback. Please continue to update your Customer Success Manager with ideas on how we can improve this feature.
Q: For the Portfolio and Activities Flagged for EPA packs, will all versions of submissions be included or just the last submission?
A: All submissions will be included in the packs.
Q: An EQA will need to see a range of evidence that maps to specific units and the criteria that it maps to. Where does the evidence referencing show in the portfolio download?
A: At the moment there is no activity criteria mapping available in the packs. We understand this would be high-priority for future enhancements.
