What's been delivered
- Assessments - More information here
- Log of hours - View and amend off-the-job hours that have been recorded against activities.
- Optional file for submission - Disable a file submission for an activity that doesn't require it.
- Change of version - allowing you to change a Learners standard version when new versions are published. Especially helpful for the release of new Assessment Plans.

Q&A
Q: Can the Log be exported to Excel?
Yes, but via the Standard Reports, not the log page.
Q: Can the Learning Hours be amended if the activity has been completed?
Yes, Learning Hours can be amended after an Activity has already been completed.
Q: When going through the Aim Management workflow, will the exempted aims be reflected in the ILR?
Yes, all updates made that have an ILR impact will feed through automatically into the ILR.
Q: Which users have the permission to make Aim Management changes?
Visibility of the "Change workflows" tab in the change of circumstance page will be available to users with "ILR Administrator" and "General Administrator" permissions.
Q: Can Activities be sequenced, so one is released only after the other?
Not currently in Bud. However, this might be something we introduce down the line with Modular Learning.
