How to: Overview of Compliance Checks
Once an application is at a status of either Committed or Signed Up you will be taken to the Application Documents page. On this page, you will be able to view the status of the various compliance checks that need to be completed. This page details the various application documents and provides an area to upload specific application evidence.
Under the 'Supporting Evidence' you'll see sections which are based on the specifics of the application. For example, if the learner has detailed that they have qualifications, you'll have a section to upload qualification evidence or check via the Learning Records Service.
The compliance checks allow a user to record that each document, and any supporting evidence, has been checked to ensure it meets ESFA requirements to obtain funding.
As you will see from the screenshot above, Compliance Checks have not yet been performed on any document or any of the supporting evidence.
